 SERIES 800 FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
The SERIES 800 FERTILIZER BUCKET is a low maintenance 80 cubic feet system with a delivery flow from 0 to over 6,000 pounds per minute. Its field proved design has been in continuous development for over twenty years. This design utilizes the reliability of hydraulics. A modified Volkswagen industrial air cooled engine drives a variable volume hydraulic pump that powers the spinner mechanism. Swath, distance and volume are variable. Reliability is accomplished by utilizing high-tech proximity switches in the gate control mechanism. There are no moving parts to wear out or jam. This design assures repeatability of gate settings day in and day out in a hostile environment. Adjustment of the gate is external and is accomplished by adjusting a graduated plunger.
The frame is crafted of 6061-T6 tubular aluminum. Its triangular design assures the ultimate in strength and rigidity. All internal components are easily reached through three access panels and are of modular design thus assuring ease of maintenance and minimum down time. The engine is mounted external to the bucket and is fully accessible for adjustment and repair. Its aerodynamic design assures excellent flight characteristics even in marginal conditions. This unit is engineered for years of reliable service.
