SERIES 900 FUEL NOZZLE PULSE-WASH KIT
The SERIES 900 FUEL NOZZLE PULSE-WASH KIT is a compact, state of the art unit that brings ease and economy to the cleaning of fuel nozzles in the Pratt and whitney PT-6 Family of engines. The pulsating unit itself is 11" x 7" x 10" (.34 cubic feet) and weighs 12 pounds (5.5 Kg). It is used in conjunction with the HELI TECH series 300 or 500 wash kit. When used with the series 300 it brings a new definition to portability, weighing in at just under 57 pounds (25.9 Kg) including air supply and occupies less than 2.6 cubic feet of cargo space. It is far and away the lightest and most portable unit on the market and is easily shipped to satellite bases.
The SERIES 900 hoses are color coded and each hose fitting is unique making it virtually impossible to accomplish an incorrect hookup even in low light situations. The controls are easily accessed and are housed in a 16 gauge weather resistant portable aluminum box. The unit can be adapted to other wash units presently on the market.
The SERIES 900 FUEL NOZZLE PULSE-WASH KIT is easy to use. Its ergonomic design assures that is is user friendly. The operator simply sets two controls. Each control is clearly marked as to its use and the settings are self explanatory. One control provides Wash, Rinse, and Dry cycles and the other turns the pulsating unit on and off.
The SERIES 900 FUEL NOZZLE PULSE-WASH KIT, when used in conjunction with the HELI TECH Series 300 or 500 Wash Kits, meets Pratt and Whitney specifications for the cleaning of fuel nozzles in the PT-6 family of engines.

PT-6 SEAL REMOVAL & INSTALLATION KIT
This kit was designed to remove and install the seal carriers and seals for the tach-generator, N2 govenor, starter generator, fuel control and the oil cooler blower.
The Kit includes pullers for each of the four sizes of seal carriers and a tool to remove and install each seal. Each tool is plainly marker as to its use. The tools are lain in protective foam, in a case which is waterproof, airtight and impact resistant. It is very portable and can be taken into the field or used in the shop. The kit weigh less than 5 pounds.
This kit contains a tool of proprietary design that allows for the removal of the Oil Cooler Blower Seal Carrier without major disassemble.

PT-6 COMBINING GEARBOX DRAIN TOOL
The PT-6 Combining Gearbox Drain Tool is designed to allow easy draining of the combining gearbox and depresses the plunger, allowing the oil to drain out of the gearbox and into a container. Not only does it allow easy draining, but there is no mess on the engine deck, drive shaft or down the technician's arm.
