The SERIES 300 COMPRESSOR WASH SYSTEM brings a new definition to safety and performance. Weighing in at just under 45 pounds including air supply it occupies less than 2.2 cubic feet of cargo space. Like its big brother the SERIES 500, the SERIES 300 can be adapted to virtually any type of turbine engine.
The SERIES 300 COMPRESSOR WASH SYSTEM is designed to be transported to the job site. The stainless steel tanks are NSDA approved pressure vessels. They are fitted with large quick opening filler caps and quick disconnect fittings. The 3 gallon wash tank has a proprietary agitation system to assure thorough mixing of the cleaning additive.
The controls are easily accessed as they are located just under the unit's stainless steel cover. Each component is clearly marked as to its use and the settings are self explanatory. It has an air pressure regulator and gauge to adjust pressure and flow for each type of engine to be washed. Instructions for washing you particular engine can be listed on the lid of the Control Box.
The SERIES 300 COMPRESSOR WASH SYSTEM is easy to use. Its ergonomic design assures that it is user friendly. The operator simply sets two controls: the wash-rinse and pressure-regulation controls, consistent with engine specifications. The unit includes its own air supply which will provide up to ten washes before recharging.

SERIES 900 FUEL NOZZLE PULSE-WASH SYSTEM

The SERIES 900 FUEL NOZZLE PULSE-WASH SYSTEM is a compact, state of the art unit that brings ease and economy to the cleaning of fuel nozzles in the Pratt and Whitney PT-6 family of engines. The pulsating unit itself is 11" x 7" x10" (.45 cubic feet) and weighs 12 pounds (5.5 Kg). It is used in conjunction with the HELI-TECH series 300 or 500 wash kit. When used with the series 300 it brings a new definition to portability, weighing in at just under 57 pounds (25.9Kg) including air supply and occupies less than 2.6 cubic feet of cargo space. It is far and away the lightest and most portable unit on the market and is easily shipped to satellite bases.
The SERIES 900 hoses are color coded and each hose fitting is unique, making it virtually impossible to accomplish an incorrect hookup even in low light situations. The controls are easily accessed and are housed in a 16 gauge weather resistant portable aluminum box. The unit can be adapted to other wash units presently on the market.

SERIES 2000 COMPRESSOR WASH SYSTEM

The HELI TECH Series 2000 Compressor Wash System can be easily transported in a light pickup. Local or portable air can be used to operate this high-capacity wash system. Designed for aerospace industrial turbine applications, the Series 2000 has found many uses. Twenty gallon high-density poly tanks provide high delivery rates where needed. The wash tank is equipped with an internal agitation system. An optional wash wand is used for external engine cleaning. Pressure and delivery is easily controlled from a central control panel. The frame is safety yellow. Large balloon tires make it easy to roll this unit over gravel or any rough surface.
